- Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 4 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
- On orders above the value of Rs.10,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. These order will not be shipped via a courier. They will be sent via Daewoo or a similar service and would have to be picked up by the customer.
- Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs. 50 per extra KG
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, with packaging is in its original condition and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria in accordance with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In the event whereby a refund is required, khasdeals will process your refund within 30 days.
To complete your return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Any item without an invoice, will not be accepted for exchange or returns.
If you have made your purchase through your debit card or credit card, we’ll return the amount in full through the same medium. If you have made your purchase through our cash on delivery service, a cash cheque will be sent to you or we can deposit the amount to a bank account of your preference.

Standard and inevitable wear and tear over expected periods of time will not be accepted as a valid reason for return/exchange.
If the return/exchange conditions are met, you should email us at sales@khasdeals.com.pk with all order details and the reason for the return/exchange, clearly stating “Returns/Exchange” in the subject line. Once you hear back from us, you should dispatch the order in the original packaging and with a printout of the invoice to the office address. Once dispatched, send us the tracking details. Please note that the returned item should reach us within 5 days of the date of our response.
Any charges experienced in returning an item will be borne by the customer.
