Returns Policy
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, with packaging is in its original condition and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria in accordance with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
RETURN POLICY
Products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, up to 5 days.
The following products do not come with any warranty. Please contact manufacturers directly for manufacturer warranty.

To complete your return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
KhasDeals will issue partial refunds in some situations: (if applicable)
* Products with obvious signs of use.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
REFUNDS
KhasDeals will issue a refund back to the same credit/debit card facility, and currency transacted.

DUE PROCESS
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In the event whereby a refund is required, khasdeals will process your refund within 30 days.
To complete your return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Any item without an invoice, will not be accepted for exchange or returns.
If you have made your purchase through your debit card or credit card, we’ll return the amount in full through the same medium. If you have made your purchase through our cash on delivery service, a cash cheque will be sent to you or we can deposit the amount to a bank account of your preference.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Standard and inevitable wear and tear over expected periods of time will not be accepted as a valid reason for return/exchange.
If the return/exchange conditions are met, you should email us at sales@khasdeals.com.pk with all order details and the reason for the return/exchange, clearly stating “Returns/Exchange” in the subject line. Once you hear back from us, you should dispatch the order in the original packaging and with a printout of the invoice to the office address. Once dispatched, send us the tracking details. Please note that the returned item should reach us within 5 days of the date of our response.
Any charges experienced in returning an item will be borne by the customer.
